The licence is actually number of QR codes you can create and documentation, reminders, task schedulers and everything else that is corelated around it. For example, lets say that You sign up today with our Basic option for 200 Euros/year and you assembly 20 enclosure but decide to put only 10 of them in the QRiCloud. You will still have cloud space big enough to store and manage 90 more enclosures and its documentation, reminders, schedulers etc.
For as long as you wish and want. To cancel the yearly subscription you can either cancel it with your credit/debit card provider, PayPal or send a simple email to support@qricloud.com and we will cancel it for you.
In case that you cancel your account with QRiCloud, we keep the backup of your documentation for 30 days and then we delete it from our servers.

At that point, every license package customer decides to take we split profits 50/50 with you.
